1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between zzz66 ("the Platform") and any individual ("the Player") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service provided by zzz66 at the domain zzz66.io and any associated subdomains or mobile applications.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on zzz66, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms take effect on the date you first access the platform and remain in force for the duration of your account's active status. zzz66 may publish revised Terms at any time; your continued use of the platform after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative and binding version for all purposes.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to zzz66 services is restricted to individuals who meet ALL of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.
• You have not been diagnosed with or previously treated for a gambling addiction unless a licensed medical professional has confirmed you are fit to gamble responsibly.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement on zzz66 or any affiliated platform.

zzz66 implements mandatory age verification at the point of registration and reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any stage. Where age or identity cannot be conclusively verified, zzz66 will suspend access to betting services and freeze any pending withdrawal until verification is completed.

Any account found to have been created by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds in such an account will be returned to the verified payment method used for deposits, net of any winnings generated.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on zzz66. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date via your account settings or by contacting support.

zzz66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account showing your registered mobile number)

zzz66 aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of document submission. Players will be notified by email or live chat upon completion.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All monetary transactions on zzz66 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zzz66 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which zzz66 accepts no liability.

Deposits: Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited within 60 seconds. Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes. A minimum deposit of ৳500 applies across all payment methods.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business hours during support operating hours (00:00–24:00 BST, UTC+6). zzz66 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for up to 72 hours if additional identity verification is required. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the compliance team.

Anti-Money Laundering: zzz66 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all accounts. Deposits made without corresponding betting activity may be flagged for review. zzz66 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for cumulative deposits exceeding certain thresholds. Where suspicious activity is identified, zzz66 will report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

zzz66 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page at the time of opt-in.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money balances are used first when placing wagers unless your bonus has been fully activated.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time.
• Bonus abuse — including collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and permanent account suspension.
• zzz66 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect wagers already placed under the prior terms.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on zzz66 are subject to the specific rules of the sport, market, or game in question, which are published on the relevant betting or game information page. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail for that market or game only.

For cricket betting, match results are determined based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BPL governing committee, or equivalent). In the event a match is abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the governing body, zzz66 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

For casino games and slots, all titles on zzz66 use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available for each game. zzz66 does not alter game outcomes and is not liable for outcomes resulting from software malfunctions at the game provider level. In the event of a game malfunction, any affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zzz66 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of insider betting in relation to sports events.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or use of criminally derived funds.
• Attempting to manipulate casino games, live dealer results, or sports betting odds through collusion with other players or third parties.
• Accessing zzz66 from a jurisdiction in which such use is explicitly prohibited by local law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on zzz66.io — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and trade names — is the exclusive intellectual property of zzz66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of zzz66.io without the prior written consent of zzz66.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

zzz66 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at zzz66.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

zzz66 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and real-time fraud monitoring to protect your personal and financial data. zzz66 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zzz66 and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform resulting from events beyond zzz66's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, government actions, or natural disasters.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.

zzz66's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower.

11 Responsible Gaming Obligations

zzz66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All registered players have access to the following tools, available free of charge via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from zzz66 for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Amendments to These Terms

The updated Terms will take effect seven (7) days after publication unless a player objects in writing within that period. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you object to any amendment, you may close your account at any time by contacting support. Closing your account will not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and zzz66, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the support team.

All disputes, complaints, or queries should be submitted in the first instance to the zzz66 customer support team via live chat or email. zzz66 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a full response within seven (7) business days.

zzz66 does not operate under any jurisdiction-specific regulatory licence. Players are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of zzz66 is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to creating an account.
